Recommended for light dust loading dust collection applications, such as welding fumes and grinding. Spark arresters, and duct cleaners protect the system from fires and explosions.

Increased cartridge (pleated filter) life, dramatically reduced filter loading:

- high inlet & large drop out section

- air then makes a 90º turn before entering the filter compartment

- downward movement of air, preventing the adverse effects of upward "can velocity"

20-40% lower power consumption, advanced airflow design and large evasé keeps the pressure drop through the collector extremely low.

Automatic self-cleaning "high-ratio" reverse jet pulse; Advanced design for high volume, low velocity reverse flow which is the key to clean thoroughly and entirely on-line, requiring no shutdown for after-pulse cleaning. 100% of the media is cleaned (all other similar units clean only 20% of the media. Therefore, lower operating pressure drop and longer filter life.

Supersonic nozzles use 40% less compressed air, while optimizing the cleaning pulse to provide maximum cleaning flow and even distribution over the entire filter media surface.

Diaphragm valves rated at 125% of required flow to ensure proper back-flush volume.

Different cartridge medias available to meet any application requirement.

No need for pre-filters, disposable or washable, that clog up and require maintenance.

Optional filter module for HEPA and charcoal odor/gas absorbers.

Cartridge filters are designed specifically for "high-ratio" dust collectors with special features to allow operation at four times higher filter ratios and extend the life by 2-7 times over conventional designs.
